Her experience as the founder and managing director of the YAFTA Group has provided many years of anecdotal evidence of how cathartic the process of screen acting can be and she is now able to scientifically quantify this through her doctoral research. Charlotte’s industry and psychological experience have been instrumental in the development of The YAFTA Project.

Charlotte is responsible for overseeing the direction all programmes delivered by The YAFTA Project, both from an educational and a mental health perspective.
